Description

Presented by Roads & Kingdoms, The Anti-ICE Supper Club is a series of fundraising dinners in support of local organizations defending communities under attack—our small but vital contribution to the fight for immigrant America.

The ICE resistance heroes at beloved pizza shop Wrecktangle will host us for night two of our Minneapolis run, with a pizza party to honor and celebrate the incredible strength the city has shown in feeding and protecting their neighbors during the surge earlier this year. Wrecktangle raised over $200,000 in January and February of 2026 after the murders of Renee Good & Alex Pretti. The money was used to make thousands of meal kits for those afraid to leave their houses and supplied deliveries to others in need.

When: Tuesday, September 15, 2026 6:30-9:30 pm

Where: Wrecktangle: 703 W Lake St, Minneapolis, MN 55408

Tickets: $95 per person; includes all-you-can-eat pizza buffet alongside great drinks and the Minneapolis-famous Grape Ape on tap.

Net proceeds benefit: Minnesota Immigrant Rights Action Committee (MIRAC), an all-volunteer, grassroots, multiracial, and multinational immigrant rights mass-movement organization. MIRAC fights for legalization for all, an end to immigration raids and deportations, an end to all anti-immigrant laws, and full equality in all areas of life. “ICE OUT OF MN FOR GOOD”
Wrecktangle

Wrecktangle has grown from a single concept launched in 2019 into four Minnesota locations, along with a food truck serving catering events throughout the Twin Cities metro. In 2023, Wrecktangle earned national recognition when its Very Nice Breakfast Pizza was named “Best Pizza in America” on Good Morning America. Located at the corner of Lake & Lyndale in South Minneapolis, Wrecktangle’s original—and only—full-service brick-and-mortar restaurant remains the heart of the brand.

Nathan Thornburgh co-founded Roads & Kingdoms in 2012 and ran the independent media company with Anthony Bourdain and co-founders Matt Goulding and Doug Hughmanick for years, winning numerous awards, including a Primetime Emmy and a National Magazine Award. In recent years, R&K launched the League of Travelers, offering small-group culinary journeys, and R&K Insiders, a membership program that includes a new print magazine and digital editorial. The Anti-ICE Supper Club is the successor to the Banned Countries Dinners they launched in 2017 with Anthony Bourdain and chefs from the Somali, Persian, and Syrian diasporas.
