Why do some products redirect me to another site?
A few of our featured items are sold directly by our collaborators. Those links will take you to their online stores for purchase.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship our own products worldwide from our fulfillment partners in the U.S. and Europe. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, drop us a line at store@roadsandkingdoms.com and we’ll see what’s possible.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our own products typically ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location—within the U.S. about a week, within Europe a few days longer, and international shipments may take up to 3 weeks.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If it’s been more than a few days and you haven’t received an update, check your spam folder or contact us directly.
When will my preorder ship?
Preorders will ship as soon as the item is released. You’ll get an email with tracking once it’s on its way.
What if my order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up?
Email us at store@roadsandkingdoms.com and we’ll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns of most unused items within 30 days of delivery. Books and prints must be returned in their original condition. Please contact store@roadsandkingdoms.com before sending anything back.
How can I update or cancel my order?
Email store@roadsandkingdoms.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it.
I entered the wrong shipping address—what should I do?
Write us at store@roadsandkingdoms.com right away. If the order hasn’t gone out, we can correct it.

Do you restock sold-out items?
