  • Adelina’s fricandó at Mas Palou, the 16th century vineyard of our host and guide Maria Vallès, celebrating the grill culture of Penedès, with copious amounts of vermut, grilled meats, and porrones of fine white wine
  • Transfer to our own country home in the Catalan heartland of Garrotxa
  • Plenty of libations, conversating and star-gazing the fresh Fall night air
