Allie Wist
is an artist and art director, whose work is anchored in food systems, global landscapes + histories, as well as climate change. Her research and writing explore the intersection of food and art. She is currently the associate art director at Saveur magazine and recently received her MA from New York University in food studies. She holds an undergraduate degree in communications and graphic design from Boston University
