In the heart of the Mongolian winter, photographer Khasar Sandagaccompanied correspondent Brett Forrest to a traditional encampment on the Steppes to witness bodog, a feast prepared by cooking a goat in its own skin using hot rocks, blowtorches, and a very sharp knife.
